Accepted: US government-issued driver's license or ID card with photo and date of birth; US or foreign passport; foreign driver's license/ID with color photocopy of passport (not valid for the 21+ wristband; a physical passport or US ID is needed to buy alcohol or enter VIP areas); temporary DMV renewal documents only with a passport or expired license. Not accepted: school ID, consular ID, birth certificate, expired ID, photocopies of any ID (except as noted), temporary DMV license without passport or expired license.[1]

- Costumes are welcome. Costumes must not resemble police, fire, security or medical uniforms. Not allowed: drugs or paraphernalia; handcuffs, sharp metal spikes, or props with violent associations (chains, tethers, ropes, crops); weapons or weapon-like props, real or fictional (whips, lightsabers, axes, pocket knives, swords, guns); glass or ceramic masks. Faces must be recognizable against government ID, so heavy makeup is discouraged. Costumes and decorations should be inclusive and respectful.[1]
- Prohibited: aerosol products/cans; toy guns, water guns, slingshots; weapons of any kind; costumes resembling public safety uniforms; drones and remote-controlled aircraft/toys; drugs or paraphernalia; glass, cans, cups or coolers; laser pointers and air horns; markers, pens or spray paint; outside food or beverages; professional video or audio equipment; totems or decorated pool noodles; red-colored light-up wands, batons or lightsabers.[1]
