- Every attendee, including media and guests, is searched before entry with a TSA-style screening (emptying pockets and bags, full pat-down, item examination, possibly removing shoes). Police and K9 units work inside and outside the event. Staff may refuse entry to anyone, including anyone inebriated at the entrance.[3]
- Use or possession of illegal drugs or substances is not tolerated inside or outside the venue.[3]
- Small, single-compartment bags, plush bags and purses up to 12"x12" are allowed; fanny packs up to 10" x 9". Backpacks, purses or bags larger than 12" x 12", multi-pocket bags and luggage are prohibited. Hydration backpacks must have a removable, transparent bladder and arrive empty.[3]
- Allowed: mobile phones, portable chargers, handheld cameras (GoPro, point-and-shoot, disposable), selfie sticks, ponchos, earplugs, hats, binoculars, misting fans (max 8"), glowsticks, LED gloves, poi, hula hoops, glowing costumes and jewelry, sunglasses, dry makeup, hand sanitizer (up to 2oz), factory-sealed sunscreen and deodorant (travel size, non-aerosol), lighters, plastic tarps and blankets, deflated inflatables, posters, and totems.[3]
- Water: reusable aluminum or clear plastic water bottles may be brought empty; one factory-sealed single-serve plastic water bottle per person.[3]
- Vapes and cigarettes: factory-sealed packs of cigarettes, factory-sealed/disposable e-cigarettes, vape pens and cartridges, and refillable vape devices (chambers must arrive empty) are allowed.[3]
- Prohibited: illegal substances and drug paraphernalia, unsealed OTC medications or vitamins, animals (except service animals), laser pointers, gas masks, glass/cans/cups/coolers, open containers, helium balloons, markers/pens/spray paint, large chains or spiked jewelry, stuffed animals or dolls, stickers/flyers, sports equipment, tents/umbrellas/hammocks/chairs, camping gear, outside food, beverages or candy, musical instruments, tactical gear, walkie talkies, professional-grade tripods/monopods, fireworks, Chinese lanterns, weapons of any kind, professional recording equipment, drones, bicycles/scooters/skateboards/hoverboards/ATVs, open fires/grills, generators.[3]

No batteries larger than AA; no police, fire department, SWAT, security, military or public safety costumes; no handcuffs; no weapons or weapon accessories (swords, daggers, axes, guns); no chains, ropes, whips or metal spikes; no glass or ceramic masks or costume pieces; no dust masks or gas masks; no fake drugs or fake paraphernalia.[3]
