- Prohibited: illegal substances and drug paraphernalia; unsealed OTC medications or vitamins; animals other than service animals; laser pointers; glass, cans, cups or coolers; open containers; outside food, beverages or candy; markers, pens or spray paint; tents, umbrellas, hammocks, chairs and camping gear; sports equipment; musical instruments including whistles; walkie talkies; weapons of any kind including pocket knives and pepper spray; fireworks and flammable products; drones; bicycles, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards and ATVs; open fires, grills and generators; stickers, flyers and promotional signage.[5]
- Also prohibited: professional recording equipment (photo, video or audio, including detachable lenses, tripods and big zooms), professional-grade tripods, monopods and GoPro sticks, helium balloons, gas masks, large chains or spiked jewelry, stuffed animals or dolls, soap and shampoo, Chinese lanterns, and vending without a permit.[5]
- Costume rules: guests must be recognizable from government-issued ID, including with full face makeup or paint; the entire costume must be easily removable; no batteries larger than AA; no police, fire department, SWAT, security, military or public safety costumes; no handcuffs; no weapons or weapon accessories; no chains, ropes, whips or metal spikes; no glass or ceramic masks; no dust or gas masks; no fake drugs or paraphernalia.[5]

- Personal locker rentals measure approximately 8" high x 11" wide x 17" deep, with unlimited access for the duration of the festival. A phone-charging locker option is available. Redeem at the locker rental station inside the grounds with your merchandise ticket and ID.[8]
- Official merch includes enamel pins, jerseys, double-sided flags and hand fans. 2026 merchandise is not mailed before the festival; it is redeemed at the official merch booth on festival grounds with the merchandise ticket and photo ID.[9]
- Accessibility: accessible parking, restrooms (accessible port-a-potties near the accessible viewing platforms) and elevated viewing platforms at each stage. A festival ADA team and customer service are on site. Motorized wheelchairs and three- or four-wheeled scooters are permitted.[4]
- Service animals (dogs only) must be credentialed at the Access Tent near the main gate before entering, where staff provide a collar tag. Emotional support or comfort animals are not allowed.[4]
- Prescription medicines require a prescription label and a matching photo ID. Refrigerated storage for medicines can be requested through the Request Accommodation form. Personal food for medical dietary restrictions is allowed with a doctor's note. Interpreting services should be requested preferably 60 days before the festival.[4]

Orders purchased by Friday, October 9th can have wristbands shipped. Otherwise pick up early off-site on Wednesday, October 28th and Thursday, October 29th, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Aloft by Marriott Austin Airport (8000 E Ben White Blvd, Austin, TX 78741), with valid photo ID and your ticket order. You can also use the box office at the venue, open 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.
Can I resell or transfer my ticket?
Yes, through Tixel, the official verified resale marketplace. List by forwarding your confirmation email at tixel.com/sell. A shipped wristband can still be sold: it is deactivated and Tixel issues a new one to the buyer. Seller funds are released after the event by default, though express withdrawal may be available.

Are refunds available?
No. All ticket sales are final with no refunds or exchanges, and the event is rain or shine. If the event is cancelled due to a Force Majeure Event, the company may at its discretion issue a partial or full refund, capped at the ticket's face value excluding fees, taxes and service charges.
Can the lineup or set order change?
Yes. The company may change any aspect of the event, including artist appearances and order of performance, without notice, and this does not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
