Payment plan: Payment plans are managed online with a Tixr account. All payment plan tickets must be paid in full before the event to be valid. Plans can be cancelled at any time, but there are no refunds for paid or partially paid tickets, and deposited funds are forfeited. A valid form of payment must be on file throughout, with a maximum 10-day grace period after a declined charge. No changes can be made to a plan once the order is submitted.

Parking at Rawhide is free and there is no overnight parking. Bring a clear bag, a government-issued ID and a card, since the event is cashless.
- Free on-site parking, about 4,000 spaces. Premium parking can be bought online.
- From I-10, take SR 347 west to Maricopa Rd., then left on 48th St. to the lot.
- Public bus access is minimal. Rideshare pick-up and drop-off points are near the main entrance.

- Take I-10 to SR 347 and exit on SR 347. Head west on SR 347 towards Maricopa Rd., turn right on Maricopa Rd. and follow it to 48th St. Turn left on 48th St. and follow the traffic to the free parking lot.[3]
- Parking is available on-site at Rawhide at no charge, and premium parking can be purchased online. The on-site lot at the Western Town/Event Center has approximately 4,000 spaces. No overnight parking is available; violators will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.[3,4]
- The venue is auto-access oriented and sits directly off I-10 in Chandler. Public bus access is minimal.[5]

- A government-issued ID is required to enter. To drink, only these IDs are accepted under Arizona state law: Arizona Driver's License, Arizona Identification Card, Passport, Military ID, Resident Alien Card, US Driver's License. Mobile IDs are not accepted to purchase alcoholic drinks.[3]
- No wristband is needed; entry is with the ticket issued via Tixr, which can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Without a ticket email, go to the box office with the credit card and ID matching the original purchaser.[3]
- Re-entry is not permitted in the same day. Tickets/wristbands scan for entry once per day.[3]
- Clear bag policy: clear or colored clear plastic, vinyl or mesh bags, and one-gallon clear freezer bags, up to 15" x 15" x 5". Guests may also bring one small clutch up to 5" x 7" x 2" and two factory-sealed water bottles. Empty hydration packs are the only exception to the clear bag rule; empty non-transparent Camelbaks with no more than 2 pockets are allowed.[3]
- Not allowed: illegal substances, drugs or paraphernalia, pets, poi, massagers, laser pens, eyedrops, glass/cans/cups/coolers, markers/pens/spray paint, large chains or spiked jewelry, stickers or flyers, tents, large umbrellas, chairs, outside food/beverage/alcohol, professional cameras (SLR or detachable lenses), video or audio recording equipment, weapons of any kind, sticks/staffs/swords/sabers/scepters, open sunscreen, balloons/balls/frisbees or other projectiles, Native American headdresses, and festival totems.[3]
- Crowd surfing and rail breaking are not allowed, and patrons doing either are ejected.[3]
- Allowed: two factory-sealed water bottles of any size; clear bags, backpacks and fanny packs up to 15" x 15" x 5"; a small clutch up to 5" x 7" x 2"; non-professional still cameras including GoPros (not on a monopod or extendable pole); cell phones; lighters; sealed cigarette packs, tampons, gum and chapstick/lip gloss; glowing costumes or jewelry; sunglasses and hats; sealed liquid sunscreen and cosmetics; disposable e-cigs and nicotine vaporizer pens without refillable chambers containing visible liquid; guide dogs and service animals with current rabies certification.[3]
- Costume policy: no spikes, spiked jewelry or heavy chains; no face masks or coverings that conceal identity; no costumes resembling law enforcement, security or event staff; no open flames, fireworks or flammable effects; no dangerous props (whips, ropes, sharp or heavy metal objects); no culturally insensitive, discriminatory or hate-related costumes or symbols; no weapons or replicas; no oversized pieces that obstruct walkways or visibility; no inflatable costumes that obstruct facial identification. Final approval rests with entry staff.[3]
- Prescription medications must be in a pharmacy-labeled container showing prescription details, dosage and the person's name, which must match a valid ID. Only a sufficient supply for the event's duration is permitted. Over-the-counter medication is allowed in a sufficient supply for one day. Expired medications are prohibited. All medications must be verified by medical staff, safety officers or a security supervisor before entry.[3]
- The event does not accept cash. Credit and debit cards are the only accepted payment, and cards do not need to be linked to a wristband. There are no ATMs on-site.[3]
- Management may refuse admission to or eject anyone whose conduct is disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with rules, without refund. Patrons clearly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs are not admitted.[3]
- Food vendors are inside the festival. Cash is not accepted.
