UNTOLD has streamed its sets for years. The festival FAQ says online streams run on its social media accounts. In 2026 a Reddit festival-streaming thread described three stages being streamed, and individual full sets were also posted to YouTube afterwards. Expect a similar setup in 2027, but the platforms and stage list haven't been announced.

Cluj-Napoca has an airport, train links to most Romanian cities, buses and Uber drop-off points near the grounds. Payments inside are cashless on the wristband, and bags are limited to 29 x 21 x 12 cm.

- For minors aged 7 to 18 a parent or guardian must complete and sign the Commitment statement (from untold.com) and submit it when collecting the wristband; without it the wristband is not issued and entry is denied.[15]

- Access hours are 16:00 - 05:00. Entry is through Central Park Simion Bărnuțiu, entrance from Opera Maghiară (GA & VIP); Aleea Stadionului is VIP only. Wristbands must be kept on the wrist throughout the festival.[11]

- Allowed: compact photo cameras, lighters, GoPro cameras, small lightweight selfie sticks, portable batteries, lipstick or lip balm, SPF cream, non-flammable perfume or deodorant in containers under 50 ml, baby bottles, crutches, pills (a non-coated tablet needs a medical prescription), and special food for intolerance/allergy with medical proof.[11]
- Not allowed: drugs or psychoactive substances, flammable cosmetics (except sunscreen), cans, food containers, fireworks, lasers, sprays and corrosive/flammable substances, weapons, knives and sharp objects, chains (including belts), torches and flares, food and drinks, animals, umbrellas, professional photo/video equipment or cameras with detachable lenses, drones, speakers, banners held with sticks, chairs, musical instruments, megaphones, large tripods or selfie sticks, and discriminatory or illegal material.[11]

- Entry to the festival is allowed twice per day, to avoid congestion at the access points.[17]
- All payments inside the festival are cashless, made with the wristband at every bar and merchant. Top-ups work with any Mastercard, Visa or Amex card regardless of currency. Top-ups are valid for the whole festival and unused balance can be refunded.[11]
- Day tickets are valid for a whole festival day, from 16:00 to 05:00. A Pass gives one person access for all four days.[17]
- Buying tickets or wristbands from unauthorized sources is prohibited and results in restricted access to the festival.[16]

- Credit Points inside the festival top up wristbands with card or cash. Online top-up must be activated at an activation point, credit point, stadium bar or check-in.[11]
- The UNTOLD app shows the daily schedule, festival map and real-time updates, and lets users top up their wristband online.[11]
- Lost & Found: ticketing point at the entrance of Central Park Simion Bărnuțiu (outside), help desk at Cluj Arena (inside). Unclaimed items go to the Police Station at the Casino in Central Park, and after the festival to Police Station Section 4, Str. Bucium.[11]
- Wristband balance refunds: on-site at any Credit Point (daily 16:00-06:00); online via My Balance in 2026 from Thursday 13 August 12:00 to Thursday 20 August 12:00; or at the ticketing point near the Opera Maghiară entrance on Monday 10 August, 08:00-17:00. The balance can also be donated.[11]
- VIP Main Stage Pass: elevated platform toward the main stage, priority lane access, dedicated VIP bar and menu, VIP staff assistance, seating and standing areas, bottle service menu (drinks not included), Ultra VIP table booking, dedicated restrooms and VIP activations.[18]

What time can I enter the festival?
Access hours are 16:00 - 05:00. Quietest arrival times are 16:00-18:00; 18:00-20:00 is peak and 20:00-00:00 is very busy.
Where is the main wristband pick-up point?
Central Park "Simion Bărnuțiu" in Cluj-Napoca, open to adults and minors with GA or VIP passes and completed online check-in. In 2026 it was open 4-5 August 12:00-22:00 and 6-9 August 15:00-03:00.
Can I buy a ticket at the entrance?
Yes, from the Ticketing Point at the Hungarian Opera entrance.
What is the difference between a Pass and a day ticket?
An UNTOLD Pass grants access to one person for all four festival days; a ticket grants access for one day.
What do I do with a transferred ticket?
Create a new account using the phone number the ticket was transferred to; the ticket then appears in My Wallet. Check-in more than 30 days after purchase costs 15 Euro, and at the festival gates 25 Euro.
