Passes can be upgraded within your Tixr account. The price is the difference between what you paid and the current tier price. Once passes have begun shipping, upgrades are done in person at the box office or the Guest Service hub.
Can I get a refund or cancel my order?
All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.
When are wristbands shipped?
Wristbands are shipped to the address entered at purchase in the month prior to the festival.
Are single day passes available?
Yes. Single Day passes are on sale and appear on a separate page on the ticketing site.
