Medusa Festival has an official YouTube channel. It carries material from the 2026 edition, including an opening ceremony video for day 3 and an end show. The General Pass covers all three days from €77, and the VIP + Front Stage pass from €197 adds a VIP area, 3 drinks and access closest to the two main stages. Camping is a separate supplement and places are limited, so the guide recommends buying the pass and the River Town Resort supplement together.

There are two main stages, and the VIP + Front Stage pass gets you closest to them. Church Club is an open booth where people from the crowd can get on the decks.

Plan your trip
The site is on Escollera Beach, with a train station about a 20-minute walk away and official buses from across Spain. River Town Resort camping is next to the site and opens on 12 August 2027 at 9:00.

- River Town Resort is the premium camping zone of Medusa Festival, next to the festival site by the sea and the mouth of the River Júcar. It is for ages 18 and over.[6,9]
- River Town Resort can be entered from 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, 12 August 2027.[6]
- Camping is by tent only, with no vehicles allowed. Tents must hold a minimum of 2 people. Pitches are assigned on entry and are 25 m² for 6 people each.[10]
- The Sea Camp (Zona de descanso) supplement is required for River Town Resort rest-area access. It is also required with a Camper Area ticket.[6]
- Camper Area: a dedicated area for motorhomes and campervans with services and direct access to River Town Resort.[11]
- Accommodation passes for several people at River Town Resort are available as Emperor Tent, Bell Tent, Deluxe doble, Easy Tent and Motel. They are issued in the buyer's name only.[6]
- The official Glamping zone offers pre-erected tents. The River Town Resort supplement is required to access the Glamping zone. Prices are per tent for the whole festival.[12]

- Tickets are nominal and wristbands are collected with original ID by the named person.
- Online ticket purchases cannot be refunded; name changes cost €15 plus a €3 fee until 13 August 2027.

- Attendees aged 16 or 17 may enter with the parental authorisation form. They must be 16 on the day of entry, and the form must be presented at wristband collection with a photocopy of the signer's ID and their own original ID.[6]
- Original national ID card (DNI) or equivalent is required to collect the wristband and enter. A passport or driving licence can be used instead, with a police report if the DNI was lost or stolen.[6,14]
- Wristbands are collected by the person named on the ticket, who must present their ID. Tickets are nominal.[6,13]
- Concert area: backpacks containing a change of clothes are permitted. Large backpacks and suitcases are not permitted.[6]

- Camping awnings: an own awning may be set up only where the area has no shade already, and must not block evacuation routes, emergency exits or pitch access.[10]
- Concert area: re-entry on the same day requires a re-entry wristband. River Town Resort guests also need the wristband to leave and re-enter the concert area.[6]
- The cashless wristband is the only valid payment method for drinks at the festival. Food is paid in cash or by card, except camping food, which is also paid by wristband.[13]
- Cashless wristbands can be topped up in person at the festival or through the website. The remaining balance can be refunded after the festival, with dates announced later by email and social media.[6]
- Wristbands are made of fabric and include an NFC chip for access control and payments.[6]
- Wristband collection: Thursday of the festival from 10:00 to 22:00, and Friday to Sunday from 10:00 to 03:00.[6]
