Stages
Hulaween runs on 5 stages, plus the Spirit Lake art area built around the Lake Show. The Meadow is lit Friday through Sunday.
Plan your trip
Gates open at 3 PM on Thursday, October 22, and campgrounds open at 8am ET that morning. The festival is cashless for food and drink, and coolers, outside alcohol and glass are banned.
- Charter coaches run between Jacksonville airport (JAX) and the park, from $80+ fees round trip.
- Coaches leave JAX at 12PM or 4PM Thursday and return Monday at 8AM or 12PM.
- Vehicle passes and early camping passes are sold through Hulaween via Front Gate Tickets.

- Air-conditioned charter coach service between Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) and Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park. Round-trip starts at $80+ fees and one-way at $45+ fees. Coaches depart JAX at 12PM or 4PM on Thursday and return Monday at 8AM or 12PM. Shuttle passes are provided by an independent third-party vendor.[8]
- ADA accessible buses with a wheelchair lift are available. Requests go to [email protected] no later than 7 days before travel. Each ADA motor coach accommodates up to 2 wheelchairs.[8]

- Parents or legal guardians bringing minors under 18 must also complete the parent/guardian waiver for all minors in attendance.[7]
- Guests must present the executed waiver along with photo ID to enter the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park. Each waiver requires a unique email address.[7]
- Weapons of any kind are prohibited, including guns, rifles, bows, pepper spray, tasers, knives, brass knuckles, or anything resembling a weapon.[7]

- Illegal drugs and substances are prohibited. The park is a zero drug tolerance venue, and anyone possessing, using or selling illegal drugs is subject to arrest and ejection without a refund.[7,9]
- Strollers and carts are prohibited without a child present.[7]
- One factory-sealed water bottle per guest is allowed. Empty canteens and opened water bottles can be filled at the water station.[7]
- Foldable, collapsible, or inflatable chairs are allowed. Inflatable couches are allowed behind the front of house line.[7]
- Wagons, carts and strollers are allowed only with children ages 4 or younger present.[7]
- Bubble guns are allowed if they are 7″L x 2.5″W x 7″H or smaller.[7]
- Costumes are allowed, except as Police, Security, Fireman, Medical, or fake or real weapons.[7]
- Epi-Pens are allowed for allergies to scorpions or fire ants.[7]
- Hats and bandanas, bug spray, sunscreen and blankets are allowed.[7]
- Non-professional cameras without a detachable lens are allowed.[7]
- Medication must be in its original prescription bottle with the guest's name printed on it. Individual medications must be bottled separately, with only the dose needed for today.[7]
- Hulaween is cashless for food and beverage vendors in all areas, both festival and campgrounds. Vendors accept debit card, credit card or digital wallet only.[7]
- Items deemed dangerous may not be admitted into the venue, at the discretion of Event Security.[7]
- All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.[7]

Where can I buy tickets?
Front Gate Tickets is the only verified ticketing provider. Tickets sold on other platforms may be invalid and voided.
Can I get a refund or resell my tickets?
All ticket sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges. CashorTrade is the official Face Value Ticket Exchange for Hulaween, and selling there is free.
What happens if the festival is cancelled?
Tickets are refunded in full via the point of purchase.
Do I need waivers?
All guests must sign the waivers before admission. Adults complete the adult waiver, and parents or guardians of minors also complete the parent/guardian waiver.
