FAQ
How can I get a cashless refund after the event?
You can request a refund from 14.09 until 19.09 (23:59). A €1.00 fee applies and is deducted from your remaining balance. Refunds are issued to a debit or credit card only and require the 6-digit code printed on the back of your cashless wristband.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after the refund period closes on 19 September. Once processed it can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider. All refunds are expected to be credited by the end of September.
Why is it important to keep your wristband in any case?
The 6-digit code printed on the back of the cashless wristband is what ties the remaining balance to the holder. Without it there is no way to claim a refund, so the wristband must be kept until the money is back in the account.
What happens if I lose my cashless wristband?
If the account is linked to the wristband, the holder goes to the information point on site and blocks it, and can then be issued a new wristband credited with the balance of the one blocked. Without an account this is not possible.
