FAQ
What time does the festival start and end?
Daily show times are 2:00PM to 10PM on both Saturday, August 1 and Sunday, August 2, 2026. The box office opens Saturday August 1 at 9AM and Sunday August 2 at 1PM.
What is the difference between GA+ and VIP?
GA+ is for fans 18+ and includes expedited entry, dedicated entry and special access to premium, air-conditioned restroom trailers. VIP is 21+ with extra perks.
What if I bought VIP tickets and I'm under 21?
You must be 21 or older to enter with a VIP pass. No refunds are issued, but an even exchange for a GA pass can be made via Front Gate Tickets or at the box office.
Can I buy a VIP package if some of my group is under 21?
No. Only those 21 or older are permitted to enter VIP areas.
Will the festival sell out?
There is always a chance the event will sell out, in which case no more tickets are sold.
How can I avoid ticket fraud?
Buy directly from Front Gate. Resale tickets should only come from trusted friends. Arriving with an illegitimate ticket means being turned away with no refund.
Is there an expired or lost ID option?
Expired ID cards are accepted only with DMV renewal documentation. If an ID was lost or stolen, a government-issued interim license or passport is required. Consular IDs are not accepted; foreign driver's licenses need a passport photocopy, and a foreign passport works on its own.
Can I park overnight?
No. Cars left in the parking lot during non-festival hours are towed at the owner's expense.
