- The Official Insomniac Shuttle Program offers 1-Day or 3-Day round-trip passes. 3-Day: Tier 1 $123.59 ($119 + $4.59 fees), Tier 2 $133.59 ($129 + $4.59 fees). 1-Day: Tier 1 $52.88 ($50 + $2.88 fees), Tier 2 $57.88 ($55 + $2.88 fees). Passes are valid only for the line purchased and are non-refundable.[15]
- Shuttle lines and pickup hotels: Orange Line, Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Orlando Near Universal Orlando Resort (5614 Vineland Rd); Green Line, Four Points by Sheraton Orlando International Drive (5905 International Dr); Yellow Line, Comfort Inn & Suites Near Universal Orlando Resort (7495 Canada Ave); Blue Line, Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando International Drive ICON Park (8250 Jamaican Ct); Silver Line, Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre (8501 Palm Pkwy).[15]
- Shuttles depart continuously from 12pm-8pm from all stops. Return shuttles begin at 9:00 pm and conclude 60 minutes after the music ends at Kinetic Field. Drop-off requires an approximate 15 minute walk to the Main entrance.[15]
- The Hotel EDC Shuttle picks up at Margaritaville Resort Orlando, 8000 Fins Up Circle, Kissimmee, FL 34747. Guests not staying at Hotel EDC can use it to reach official afterparties and daytime pool parties. A shuttle pass can be added to a Hotel EDC package for $89.[12,15]
- Wheelchair-accessible shuttles are available; contact the Shuttle Support Team at least two weeks before the festival. Items prohibited inside the festival, including outside food and drink, are prohibited on shuttles. Shuttle passes are non-replaceable and lost passes are not reissued as of 2026.[15]
- General Parking is extremely limited and costs $40. Premier Parking is in Lot 1 on the northeast corner of W Church Street and Rio Grande Ave, entrance off W Central Blvd (north end of the lot); Premier Parking lots open at 10am. Premier Parking is sold out.[16,17]
- Vehicles must vacate the parking lot each day at the close of the festival. Vehicles left past 2am are towed at the owner's expense; to retrieve a towed vehicle call Johnson's Wrecker Services at (407) 293-2540.[16]
- Prohibited in the parking lot and surrounding areas: tailgating, sleeping in your vehicle, buying/selling tickets, vandalism, loitering or other illegal behavior, drinking alcohol, illegal drug use.[16]
- Accessible parking requires a valid ADA license plate or hang tag; spots are limited and first come, first served.[16,17]
- Rideshare drop-off is available in areas surrounding the venue; carpooling or rideshare is encouraged.[16,17]

- Hotel EDC Orlando at Sunset Walk takes over Margaritaville Resort Orlando November 6-9, 2026, the exclusive Headliner hotel for EDC Orlando. Packages include a 3 night stay with EDC-ified decor, daytime pool parties, official after parties, wellness sessions, pop-up events, gift bags with limited-edition merch and a complimentary glam station.[12]
- Hotel EDC packages start at $1,559 per person and $1,296 per person (prices in USD for 3-night stay, double occupancy, inclusive of taxes and fees). Complimentary priority access to official after parties is included with all packages. A limited number of VIP, GA+ and GA festival passes can be added.[12]
- Rooms and suites: King or 2-Queen room or suite for up to 4 people, with resort or pool views and balconies. Villas have 2 to 4 bedrooms; cottages have 2 to 8 bedrooms, bathrooms attached to each room, kitchen and washer and dryer, and select cottages have a pool and hot tub. Private villas or cottages sleep up to 16 people.[12]

- You must be 18+ to enter and 21+ for alcohol/VIP. Valid photo ID is required.[21]
- Acceptable ID: any US government-issued driver's license or ID card with photo and date of birth; US or foreign government-issued passport; foreign government-issued driver's license/ID with color photocopy of passport (not valid for 21+ wristband; a physical passport or US ID is required for alcohol or VIP); temporary DMV documents only if accompanied by passport or expired license.[21]
- Unacceptable ID: digital IDs, school ID, consular ID, birth certificate, expired ID of any kind, photocopy of any ID (except as noted), temporary DMV license without passport or expired license.[21]
- No re-entry or ins and outs. Entry is allowed with a valid unscanned ticket until an hour before the end of the event.[11]
- Event hours are 1PM - 12AM. The festival takes place rain or shine.[21]
- Entry involves a thorough, TSA-style search, including emptying pockets and bags, a full pat-down, and possibly removing shoes.[21]
- Zero-tolerance policy for drug use and possession; police officers work inside and outside of the event.[21]
- Festival policies: no refunds or exchanges; no sitting on designated dancefloor areas; no moshing, crowd-surfing or stage-diving; no unauthorized or unlicensed vendors; no unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling or giveaways.[21]
- Allowed: clear bags not exceeding 12″ x 6″ x 12″; small clutch bags (clear or non-clear) not exceeding 6″ x 9″ (15cm x 23cm); hydration packs (clear or non-clear) with no more than two main compartments and one smaller compartment, empty upon entry. Large purses, bags or backpacks over 12″×12″ are prohibited.[21]
- Allowed items include cell phones and portable chargers, sealed cigarettes and lighters, e-cigs/vapes (empty chambers; one sealed bottle of e-liquid), earplugs, totems or decorated pool noodles, flags/banners or handmade signs (no corporate-branded, no hard flagpoles), glowsticks and glowing costumes, hula hoops including LED hoops, inflatables (deflated), LED whips, pois and orbitals, non-professional cameras and handheld video devices under 6″, a personal misting fan with a bottle no larger than 1.5L (empty), prescribed medication matching ID, powder makeup, rain ponchos and umbrellas under 10″ collapsed, empty reusable water bottles, sealed intranasal naloxone, selfie sticks, sunglasses and hats, sunscreen lotion.[21]
- Prohibited items include aerosol products, balls or Frisbees, bota bags, costumes resembling public safety or event staff uniforms, drones, drugs and paraphernalia, eye drops, gas masks, glass/cans/cups/coolers, helium balloons, large chains or spiked jewelry, laser pointers and air horns, LED gloves or LED microlights, liquid makeup, markers/pens/spray paint, massagers, open packs of cigarettes, outside food or beverages (including alcohol and candy), over-the-counter medication, pacifiers, pets, professional camera equipment, red-colored light-up wands/batons/lightsabers, stickers and flyers, stuffed animals or dolls, tents/large umbrellas/chairs/blankets, toy guns/water guns/slingshots, weapons of any kind, wind chairs/sofas.[21]
- Camera policy: photo passes are not required for standard cameras with fixed, non-detachable lenses or handheld video devices measuring less than 6 inches. Professional cameras are not permitted. Insomniac does not provide media or photo credentials to independent photographers or videographers.[11]
- Totem guidelines: maximum height 10 feet; lightweight material (foam, PVC, no solid metal); PVC, light wood or aluminum poles no thicker than 1 inch in diameter; inflatables attached to totems must be deflated upon entry; totems promoting illegal activity or hate speech are not permitted.[21]
- Do not hang posters or hand out flyers inside the festival or in the surrounding neighborhood; violators are banned from promoting at Insomniac events.[11]
- EDC is a cashless event. Credit, debit, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay and Android Pay are accepted. Cash can be exchanged onsite for a prepaid card to use with merchants.[24]
- Ticket policies: a 3-day pass is good for only one scan per day; tickets are non-transferable once scanned. Tickets ship to all 50 US states; all others are held at Will Call. Illegitimate tickets are turned away with no refund.[11]
- Under-21 holders of VIP passes cannot enter the venue with them; no refunds are issued, but an even exchange for a GA Experience Pass is possible via Front Gate Tickets or at the box office. Only guests 21 or older are permitted in SkyDeck areas.[11]
- Service animals are permitted throughout the venue and must be verified by the Accessibility Coordinator or Manager. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, companion animals and pets are not permitted.[17]
- Alcohol: you must be 21+ to consume alcohol (ID required); zero-tolerance drug policy at all Insomniac events.[24,25]
- EDC is cashless: cards and mobile pay work, and cash can be swapped for a prepaid card.
- Free water refill stations are marked on the festival map.
- Locker rentals each include a universal phone charger.

- Food and beverage stands are located throughout the event, with roaming vendors carrying water, snacks, and other beverages. Vegan and vegetarian options are available; gluten-free and dairy-free options are also offered by vendors.[17,24]
- Bars throughout the festival serve beer and liquor; service hours may be limited.[24]
- Free water refill stations are marked by the water droplet symbol on the festival map; fill an Insomniac bottle, hydration pack, or any empty beverage container purchased inside the event. Water is filtered, including UV sterilization.[25]
- The Insomniac Shop has multiple merch booths on-site with the EDC apparel collection and artist collections: T-shirts, jackets, backpacks, sweatshirts, water bottles, accessories and more.[24]
- Battery charging stations are available; locations are on the festival map.[24]
- Locker rentals include a universal phone charger in each locker.[24]
- The Insomniac General Store sells forgotten items such as flip-flops, eye drops and ring pops. Over-the-counter medication is available at the general store or from a first aid station.[24]
- The Info Booth is stationed with Interior Lost & Found and staffed by Headliner Experience team members.[24]
- Interior Lost & Found is on Rainbow Road across from Daisy Fields, open Friday-Sunday 1 PM - 11 PM. Exterior Lost & Found is by the Box Office: Friday 11 PM - 1 AM, Saturday-Sunday 1 PM - 1 AM, Monday 12 PM - 2 PM. After the festival, lost items go to an offsite location and can be claimed online for shipping.[26]
- Medical teams and first aid tents are located throughout the grounds, free of charge. Ground Control team members (purple shirts, fanny packs, light sabers) help Headliners stay happy, healthy and hydrated.[25]
- Accessibility Services Hub, off Rainbow Road by lost and found, issues free accessibility wristbands onsite; there is no pre-registration or accessibility ticket. Accessible entry lane at the entrance for guests with disabilities and one companion. Accessible viewing areas at designated stages. Mobility device charging at the hub (110-volt, 20 amp circuit). No wheelchair or scooter rentals. Terrain is grass and concrete.[17]
- ASL interpretation and other effective communication services can be requested by October 6, 2026 (30 days before the event).[17]
- The festival has rides (a carnival landscape of full-size thrills), interactive art installations, and costumed performers including dancers, stilters and aerialists.[27]
- Official Hydration Pack of EDC Orlando is made by Lunchbox Packs, with anti-theft features and customizable skins.[2]
